This collection is in preparation. The idea is to gather short excerpts from books about returning: to a person, to a place, to an earlier version of ourselves.
Each passage will be published with its work, author and source verified, and with whatever permission to quote it requires. Until then, we would rather leave the space empty than fill it with invented references.
What we'll be looking for
Texts that don't explain a reunion but show it: a letter that arrives late, an unannounced visit, a conversation picked up where it left off.
